Sandy Glitter look:
Step 1 : Apply Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion, then draw a line on your top eyelash line.
Step 2: Apply and Brown eyeshadow lightly above the line you have drawn with your black pencil, then apply a glitter sand color over top the brown.
Step 3 : Apply a layer of black liquid eye liner overtop the line you alreadu created with the black eyeliner pencil, wing it out slightly.
Step : Apply black liquid liner on bottom lash line, then apply CLINIQUE high lengths black mascara, apply as many coats as you want.
Finally you should have this Sandy Glitter look!
